Great reporting by Shaun here. A staggering feature of these homicides is that in almost half of cases, the families of attackers had raised concerns!

Absolute tosh discussed in Parliament this morning over abolishing Healthwatch England. Ministers totally tone deaf on the well documented history of the NHS and DHSC diminishing patient voice. Their simple answer seems to be "we'll do it better this time, honest". They won't.

🚨 Two children in England have died from measles this year. One child died from “acute measles” and another linked to the late effects of measles. So far this year there have been 736 cases compared with 959 cases for the whole of 2025.
