Didnt get to do what I planned for today, so I've spent the afternoon making a shitload of tacos. My favorite taco joint closed recently so I'm trying to loosely replicate the 6 flavours I used to order from them. I didnt feel like trying to pare down the recipes so Im just gonna have a freezer full
