If you or someone you're close to witnessed the tragic event at MSG last night please understand that this is the kind of thing that causes PTSD, and strongly consider pursuing the specific therapies designed to help process that trauma. Especially if the witness has any history of self medication..
...or other unhealed traumas. Dedicated trauma counseling and therapy has come a long way in recent decades, and if left untreated, PTSD from an event like that can severely impact someone's mental and emotional health.

In my personal opinion, why the person did what they did and any discussion of what was done or not done in response by the staff and crews are totally secondary. All that really matters is taking care of the victims, which in this case means witnesses.
Alas, getting AI enthusiasts to understand the intractability problem is itself an intracability problem!
