Last week we celebrated the talents of our Duncanrig Partner Primary musicians with a short, informal concert for parents and carers. Well done to everyone who took part. We are delighted with the progress you have made over the past six weeks.

We are so proud of all our pupils who performed or had their work presented at todayโs MAD Fest 2026 which was held at Westwood Parish Church. A special well done to runner up of our Junior Instrumentalist category, Olivia, class winner Daniel and to Sophie who won the Junior Vocalist category. ๐ถ๐๐

The Senior Instrumentalist category of MAD Fest 2026 was awarded to Sarah who has won her class every year since coming to Duncanrig. Reece was awarded Senior Vocalist and Heather was awarded Composer of the Year. Well done to Alex too, who won the Music Technology category but was unable to attend.

School show week is finally here!!! Come along to hear our fabulous cast perform Legally Blonde on Wednesday 10th, Thursday 11th and Friday 12th June. Performances start at 7pm and tickets priced ยฃ6 adults and ยฃ4 concession are available through parent pay. We hope to see you soon!!!
Itโs wonderful to welcome our partner primary musicians to the Duncanrig Primary Orchestra 2026. Such a talented bunch of young people who are already thriving a creating a fantastic sound with support from our secondary pupils and IMS instructors. Weโre looking forward to hearing how they progress.
