I'm currently at the Nordiso conference in Trondheim. Yesterday I talked about „gay“ nasalization.
Just published: an article on pronoun specification in email signatures in German, using the University of Hamburg as an example. I examine how and which pronouns are specified and how participants comment on their rejection, non-usage, and usage.

Just published: The article offers a possible explanation as to why 'nasalization' in German is stereotypically associated with 'gay' voices, and also discusses other associations with 'nasalization' (metapragmatic stereotypes).
