I get the impression that some people aren't clear what this means. This is the UK state deciding to intervene directly in the healthcare of individual children, depriving them of medicine that their doctors have prescribed for their personal health & wellbeing, in defiance of global best practice.
I had a sudden realisation of why so many AI-generated videos look terrible (as well as ethically): they look like a 360p heavy-compressed video and then applied massive sharpening to up the resolution, which is why they have strange, warp-y effect.
I had heard about something to this effect quite some time ago, and it full stop made me never play Pokemon Go ever again.

What I'm increasingly learning from YouTube's A-B testing is that if people want to watch the subject of a video they will, and if they don't, titles and thumbnails don't really make a difference.
Most combos get an even split, in my experience. It's very rare for a particular option to massively pull an advantage over the others.
