Looks like me like Newsom plans to run as a Silicon Valley Democrat—a Joe Rogan/Charlie Kirk fan who takes zillions in tech money and doesn't challenge tech oligarch interests.
He'll speak in vague platitudes about abundance, framing tech as an inherent positive.
