We so need this in St. Louis. I used to stay out all night in Stuttgart and take the 5 a.m. train home. I never felt unsafe -- and that was 25 years ago. I wish my kids could do the same here. But no surprise the U.S. is not implementing this as well as Europe. 💔🤍💙 nextcity.org/urbanist-new...
