We don't need minors off of computers.
We need adults blocked from kids sites.
Who's grooming kids on the internet into being fascist or bigoted by age 10?
It's not 13 year olds.
It's red herring to kick kids off; they'll be inexperienced in computer tech at age 19 when they get 21st c jobs.
