Rosa would offer, figuring that Millie would know where to find water! She didn't want to stop her friend from drinking her medicine after all.
"Oh, you know...travelling. I couldn't help but notice you here, though."
Rosa keeps her hand on Ash's shoulder, doing her best to reassure him. His tone told her all that she needed to know.
"..You don't seem fine. Do you want to have a talk about it? Champion to Champion."
Rosa quickly goes to pet one of the Pokemon, a giggle escaping her lips.
"Well, yeah! But I can cover it for us."
The champion looks back to Millie with a big smile on her face!
"It's totally fine!~ I mean, I'd much rather spend my money on friends rather than myself."
Rosa responds, giggling when she sees that sparkle in Millie's eyes. She'd then stand up properly after petting some of the Pokemon.
"How about we get going?"
Rosa couldn't help but have another beach day! It's a bit too hot to really do anything else at the moment. Thankfully, her Oshawott seems to be enjoying it!
