It was my birthday on Tuesday, and my dad didn't let me down. A mixed case of @8sailbrewery.bsky.social goodness. Not the weekend yet, so a very sessionable "Ploughman's Lunch" EPA. I love this brewery, and this is a great one to revisit.

Jack's birthday today, so a family fine dining experience at the marvellous Lambard's in Harwich with these two lovely people. Six courses, expertly paired with perfect wines. (Obviously Jack didn't drink six glasses of wine!)
