Using Census data, I built a dashboard that shows where people come from when they move into newly-built housing. It's mostly local. New housing doesn't attract rich people to your city.

I PRA’d the bid tab summary for a different curb ramp contract let under streamlined procurement rules. Top line: the post-reform procurement quadrupled the number of bidders and drove pricing down to the top range of peer jurisdictions.
Do you think this is enough façada articulation to pass design review ?

I need city bike plans to *stop* showing existing conditions map by facility type (i.e. Class 1-4). That doesn't tell me anything. E.g. A class 3 on a 40 mph truck route and a 20 mph neighborhood street show up as same line type! Rather, this map should show the Level of Traffic Street 1 network.

When every apartment is dual aspect it's much easier to offer apartments with 3 and 4 bedrooms. And with more open space you have room for a kids play area.
