Watching a YouTube video and LOSING MY MIND cuz I'm SURE this dude just AI cloned another creator's voice and face I've seen before, but I can't remember what his channel was so now I'm gaslighting myself over it.
Comparison of the initial animatic to the final animation. Not much changed, just some camera angles and timing (which I tweaked here so they match up better). Overall the vision was pretty clear from the start.
