Most therapy is CBT which is repackaged stoicism, a philosophy invented by a man that had the luxury of choosing his relationship to suffering.
It's a fine tool if your suffering is a matter of perspective.
It's useless if the government is actively trying to kill you for being disabled or trans.
Can we just *nuclear bomb* the word ‘valid’ please?
