Apparently he called his “patriots” to rally at parliament last night to “protect women” while he parties in Moscow. Russian soldiers are accused of raping women as a weapon of war, of sexually abusing kids in occupied territories, and Putin weakened laws on DV.
1/2 Last night, a russian drone struck the home of my family’s friends in Kharkiv. Thankfully, they survived. Their windows were blown out, and they were left shaken and frightened.
Now, as I write this, russian drones are attacking Kharkiv again. One has already struck the city center.
