Great first session at today's workshop on statues, politics, planning, memory.
@felipedebrigard.bsky.social is both philosopher and neuroscientist, and AFAIK the 1st philosopher keynote at ICOM. As well as his work on memory traces, episodic counterfactuals, cognitive ontology, I'm hoping we'll get great new studies on memory and forgiveness for past wrongdoings in eg Colombia
For the next few days we'll be focussing on our amazing keynote speakers! First up, we have Prof Sue Gathercole. This is particularly fitting as Sue was one of the co-founders of ICOM. icom-memory.org
Today's keynote speaker to highlight is Prof Dorthe Bernsten! icom-memory.org #neuroskyence #psychscisky #cognition #ICOM2027 #philosophysky 🧪
