As Midsummer is Freyja's time, it is also Frey's. The Vanir god leads efforts to plant and grow and harvest, and is the master of the hard growing period: thus as Midsummer represents the time between initial planting and harvesting, it is time to praise Frey. #FairyTaleTuesday
