One more thing that President Carter was GREAT on.
He went to 3 Mile Island. He had a Masters in Science and wished to see what plans they had. He aided them. What other President would have gone to a possible or partial nuclear meltdown? None. But Carter did. Yet no one wanted him for a 2nd term.
