AI has done one (1) positive thing which is give me hope that, based on my extreme, visceral hatred of it, I might stand a chance against a succubus or siren or other variety of uncanny pseudohuman. AI is basically an eldritch horror to me and also there are lots of other very bad things about it.
Somehow various Democratic organizations and campaigns have gotten themselves what must be a pretty old contact list with my deadname on it and the texts I'm receiving are not inclining me to donate

Can you imagine how much she and her ilk would freak out if candidates that appeal to people to whose votes they believe they are entitled actually ran in another party's primary? If lefty candidates decided they were done with Dems and tried something else? They would lose it.
One time I was getting measured for a shirt and the guy measuring me said "you're disproportionate" and I thought "this is it, he's figured out I'm trans, this is going to be so uncomfortable" and then he said "you have a big neck" and this is my only contribution to Joe Rogan's tie discourse.
