This bears repeating as many times as is needed. đ
Every day is someone's "first time" encountering what might be a common scam, hack or con. The scams are good, they sound like reasonable requests or "Oops, I made a mistake" issues.
They just need to slip past one level of doubt and that's all.
As I see more friends fall victim to this discord hack, I remind people that if someone asks you to download their new game out of the blue, right now, because it will only take a couple minutes, after "catching up" for a minute
It's a hack, and they will take over once you download that file.
