Today's the day, and @glasgow.ac.uk #GUU is the place to be for A KIngdom in Perplexity: Voices of Seventeenth-Century Scotland. I'm really looking forward to hearing lots of expert voices on a topic that's close to my heart (and my PhD research).
Very excited to be part of the organising committee for this PGR-led Symposium at the University of Glasgow. It's shaping up to be a very interesting event! @glasgow.ac.uk

Amazing time yesterday at our 'A Kingdom in Perplexity: Voices of Seventeenth-Century Scoland' event hosted at the University of Glasgow. Thanks to the presenters and the academics who made the event such a success. I worked with a great team to help pull this off! @scot17thcentury.bsky.social
One of our champion organisers for the steering committee @swottypat.bsky.social here doing a fabulous job chairing our academic roundtable with Associate Prof Janay Nugent, Prof Laura Stewart, Dr Aonghas MacCoinnich, Dr John Young and Dr Theo Van Heijnsbergen. @scot17thcentury.bsky.social
It's been a long day but I can't go to bed till I've said a huge thank you to everyone who made our #AKingdomInPerplexity seminar such a success. Colleagues, academics and support staff have all worked to create a super symposium celebrating #17thCScotland.
One of the Steering Group @roslinak.bsky.social pitching an idea for a holistic 17thC Scotland course. Nearly lunchtime at #AKingdomInPerplexity but still generating great discussion
