Every single cop there should be thrown in prison, stripped of their pension, and banned from ever serving in LE again. The same goes for the LAPD leadership.

The LAPD showed up with 20+ officers and even sent a HELICOPTER for a noise complaint in an apartment complex in Canoga Park.
And they shot and killed Jameson. A golden doodle. One of the sweetest, most gentle breeds alive. He wasn't dangerous. He wasn't a threat.
