Romanticist friends - might anyone be able to point me in the direction of work on Shakespeare quotations in the Romantic novel - especially those by Scottish male novelists; Scott, Galt, etc.? If not Shakespeare specific, then work on wider novelistic quotational practices also gratefully received!
