There is absolutely no need for the Top 14 to introduce a marquee player rule.
Salary credits clubs get from having international players (~ €200k per man) is already making the playing field less level. Toulouse get > €2m extra cap space thanks to 🇫🇷 internationals. They don’t need more headroom.
