Had a little tweak to this guy that I did the other day. I’d buggered up his collar, chin and lip but I think I can save him. He’s supposed to be a Victorian police officer but I was struggling to find good reference material that wasn’t Ai.

I had the absolute privilege to handle a sword this evening. Well that’s nothing new is it? Ok well this one was from the late 1700s! A small sword with some serious miles behind it. It had no weight to it and did not bend at all. I would hate to have been on the other end of it.

I'm always surprised when anyone asks me for advice on making cel shaded renders as I'm very much still learning #Blender3D myself and scraping by on tutorials. 😅 But of course, everyone needs to start somewhere, so here's a thread with what I've learned so far and some good tutorials I've used! 🧵

I picked up a bottle of tipp-ex at lunchtime today and I’m using it to fix a few bits on my portraits. I may even be able to sort out some of the others I don’t like. Eyes… I hate drawing eyes.

Here’s a couple of more portraits for Call of Cthulhu player characters. This is for a Victorian/Gaslights setting and I have a question. Do you think I should add eyes? I wanted them to be wearing glasses and thought it would look cool like this but do they look creepy? #ttrpg

I’ve been working on some character portraits for a Call of Cthulhu scenario I’m writing. I’m not a great illustrator but I have fun when I do it. (I am also NEVER going to show the failures). I’ll scan these high res and clean up in photoshop at some point. #callofcthulhu #ttrpg #illustration
