Intrusive thought:
I've now been working a single job for longer than some of y'all have existed. This is not acceptable. I wish to stop now.
It's my turn to rest and enjoy all the things I missed out on. My body says I can't but I say I can.
Today's gotten 10x worse with an attack trickling down from top management to violate Company procedures to get their personal pet projects completed. (I'm very much sugar coating this).
I am going to have to do something.

When I got injured back in October, I had to stop exercising and ended up regaining about 17# that I lost. The struggle is real. I so much as smell anything and I gain. I've lost 1.8# since Saturday and I'm working my way back to the schedule I was on.
Today at 4pm est I'm going to continue with the <$40 meals for the week session with several recipes that I have resources for. So come on by maybe find a few you like :)

I've experienced enough stress in a short period of time today that my blood pressure is noticeably higher. Like significant levels. I can't seem to calm it down either.
