The Trump-Biden-Trump era on Israel really does a good job of showing how it really does not matter at all whether or not a POTUS likes Netanyahu (or any PM of Israel) on a personal level. Every Axios article about how Biden/Trump is really mad at Bibi is basically fanfiction and meant to misdirect.
