This is serious news. Asexual people are now at risk of being imprisoned in Niger. Don't think this will end here. I've posted before about attempts to ban asexual marriages before.

Article 390 punishes any person who participates or attempts to participate in an “indecent act, an act against nature or any Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual (LGBTQIA+) practice” with imprisonment between 5 and 10 years, as well as a hefty fine.
