That the healthcare executives are going to blame us clinicians for not catching the AI hallucinations....
... while also asking that we trust more and more of our decisions to opaque AI tools (in the name of "efficiency and safety")

Pretty bad look for the credibility of KPMG. I hope a human editor/author has to take credit for letting the AI cock up
Especially striking that no one flagged Triage - where an element of subjective judgement is essential - as an odd task for AI to be deployed
