Think it's true because you then spread out having 1 teaspoon coffees across the day and you're also consuming water

Maybe coffee with 1 teaspoon is better. Usually more makes me feel tired. It did say on the container to only use 1 teaspoon 🙂

Good easy to understand references for drawing Sonic, Tails and Knuckles

Maybe making the colour balance bar on clip studio more red makes it look warmer or something
