I've had some tonal clashes in my time as a GM, but having literally Dougal from Father Ted reading an email aloud from a corporate exec threatening to cut off someone's infant son's chemotherapy to make them fall in line was...quite something 🤣

That said, don't feel bad if you get forced into it for work or whatever. If you can't avoid it, just minimise your use as much as possible.
