In a court filing, Netgear says it's losing sales because many US consumers believe TP-Link has severed ties with China. TP-Link says Netgear 'misrepresents the facts.'
“TP-Link’s false and misleading statements have unfairly diverted sales away from Netgear by misleading consumers—who have, justifiably, become increasingly security conscious—into believing that TP-Link has fully divorced China from its development processes,” Netgear says.
