Virtually zero chance this happens, so I assume the primary purpose of this “meet with Putin” stuff is to undermine Putin among RU public/elite by making clear Putin is making a bad situation worse. A secondary goal may be showing Wstrn elites/publics UKR wants ceasefire and is willing to negotiate.
