But the people of Minneapolis do not want a more militarized, "modernized" police force. The people of Minneapolis want to abolish the police. Call your reps and come to the City Council Meeting: Thursday 3/26 (9:30am) at Minneapolis City Hall. bit.ly/StopCopCityMPLS
From February 25-March 1, 2026, a week of action will take place in the Twin Cities. This is an opportunity to consolidate this victory, chase ICE out of Minneapolis and St. Paul, and move towards a world with no borders, no deportations, and freedom of movement for all.
However, to fully secure this victory, we need to establish community control of our streets and rout ICE from Minnesota, the US, and the world—for good.
In turn, the federal government will greatly reduce the number of gestapo agents murdering, kidnapping, and terrorizing their voter base. Immigration enforcement will continue under the cover of local dems.
Make no mistake: this latest drawdown is a victory of the network of thousands risking their lives to fight ICE day and night, as well as of the heroic martyrs Renee Good and Alex Pretti.
Reject the Mayor's Proposal for a "Cop City" in Minneapolis!
On March 26th, Minneapolis City Council will vote on funding for a new $38,000,000+ law enforcement training facility, proposed on a 4-acre plot in the Windom neighborhood (Ward 11), next to a cemetery and a church.

The Vichy Democrats—Governor Walz, Mayor Frey, and their ilk—have cut a deal with the feds: they will arrest noise demonstrators keeping ICE awake at night, sweep the blockades impeding ICE operations in the streets, and prosecute rapid responders confronting ICE in every corner of the Twin Cities.
