Funny enough, when we fantasize about moving to Vancouver, it's to the blue areas. The pink ones are not even under consideration.

I have bad news for him… Vancouver literally is a land of 80% single family homes 😭😭 and this isn’t even counting Metro Vancouver which would be an even higher number

Martin is passing the torch to Patrick Condon, referencing Vancouver as a city of "towers full of vacant luxury condominiums" and not a land of single family neighborhoods. She says Vancouver has been made "unlivable for the people who built it."
