This is probably one of the most touching and also devastating things I saw at Pride this year. Just a bunch of central casting dads playing catch with whoever wants to. After a bit they offer your choice of high five, hand-shake, fist bump, or hug.
Beautiful but devastating that it means so much.
Every year, in the month of June, the LGBTQ+ community gets together to throw a party. Kind of. It wasn’t always that way, and it certainly feels like we might need to return to our roots this year.
