The AP has called the #GAGov GOP runoff for wealthy businessman Rick Jackson, a first-time candidate who carpetbombed the airwaves to defeat Lt. Gov. Burt Jones. It's a loss for both Trump and Brian Kemp, who backed the LG.
Jackson will face Dem Keisha Lance Bottoms, the former ATL mayor, in Nov.
