Honest question. How many of our pedestrian spaces in Ontario, and probably across Canada, are temporary spaces setup in fields, parks and fairgrounds?
I guestimate 75% or more.
Ottawa’s thing is: “We want what Montreal is doing, as long as it doesn’t cost anything or interfere with traffic.”
