my favorite bit in this episode is Riker is about to beam down to bust Soren out of conversion therapy and Worf shows up and is just like "please let me assist you in breaking your trans girlfriend out of prison where they are forcing society's rigid (lack of) gender roles on her"
nice bit of foreshadowing for his own steamy relationship with a trans woman (dax)
they hate new star trek because it's "woke". i hate new star trek because they made the ship interiors too big and sterile and took out the carpet. we are not the same.
