I haven’t slept through the night fully in weeks. today I woke up at three AM with pain and finally at six just gave up on trying to sleep and clocked into work maybe i’ll take a long lunch and crash later idk
update: took a two hour lunch and napped through it. i think i’ll survive to end of the work day at least
