WNO had a longterm agreement where KC ran the opera's development back office, and in 2025 KC just ... stopped doing it and seized the funds.

Workers have returned and resumed construction of the scaffolding. Sounds like the KC board has decided to follow the law. Not always a foregone conclusion with this administration.

If the bylaws were amended, they were amended since Judge Cooper issued his order — prob yesterday.
This is the Board choking off funds and saying "you have to let us break the law, or we'll lose all the funds."
