Yesterday's session exposed the weaknesses of the EHRC's Code of Practice.
Rather than bring "clarity", it will lead to more confusion for businesses, staff and customers, as this example highlighted.
This is one of the many reasons, I have signed the fatal motion.

Absolutely agree. The problem with X doesn’t stop at nudification tools, child porn and AI slop, it’s the deliberate destruction of democracy and security in our country.

There is a remarkable scale of the celebration, glorification and excited encouragement of violence on the X platform. It is probable that most of it is not incitement in law [though there will be examples that are] but the nature + pace of dissemination makes it a major national security risk
