Texas Observer’s review of Herrera’s online footprint found patterns that have gone largely unnoticed. Herrera and his campaign manager, Kimmie Gonzalez, did not ultimately agree to an interview for this story, despite initially agreeing to set one up when asked in-person at CPAC in March.
