At some point, when I have a computer with a working copy of Word on it, I'm going to permanently air-gap that bitch like I was living in a post-apocalyptic wasteland (which might actually be true)

I hate this future. I'm so fucking pissed off. I just opened MS Word to look at a manuscript and suddenly I can't create or edit any documents because I don't have Microsoft 365. I'm not fucking buying MS 365, I bought THIS single license version of Word in 2024.
