I join with my Cambridge and Somerville constituents and our federal delegation in calling for the release of Sama Safi, a 20-year-old Palestinian-American citizen who was one of four Birzeit University students seized by the Israel Defense Forces on Tuesday morning last week.
Join our summer campaign launch next Thursday! We’ll have food, activities, and local community leaders to talk about what’s possible if we have a government that TRULY works for the people.

Yesterday, the IDF seized 4 students from their homes in the West Bank, including 20-year-old American, Sama Safi.
The Israeli govt didn’t tell her family or the U.S. Embassy where or why she was being taken & is holding her without charges.
America must secure her release NOW.
