It became an opportunity to pull the fridge and the stove completely out. Retrieve long-missing utensils. Wash the floor and the walls behind. And clean the fridge coils.

We got a one-gallon water jug with a flip-spigot, put it in the fridge and walked away.
Discovered later that when the fridge doors close, they push the little flip-spigot and let all the water pour out.
