Three formal work streams were agreed in the closing plenary:
1. Roadmap to TAFF addressing the gaps in current NDC and energy supply frameworks
2. Reform macroeconomic architecture sustaining fossil fuel dependency
3. Reorientation of trade and investment systems toward full decarbonization
