limiting voting to "natural persons" could be a useful prophylactic against whatever wild new AI bs is coming down the pike, too (or, alternately, prove to be problem once John Roberts pronounces ex cathedra that all Democratic voters are obvious robots whose votes must be discarded)

Seems like HB 430, a bill that proposes to amend Delaware's constitution to restrict voting to "natural persons" (e.g. to ban corporate voting) is going to get a hearing in a House committee this week.
