Analysis by @fidrango.bsky.social finds PFAS-containing pesticides have been applied to crops across 41 million hectares of farmland in the UK. PFAS are associated with cancers, thyroid, liver + kidney disorders. PFAS in pesticides can degrade to form TFA + contaminate ground + surface waters.
