Of the over 3291 attacks on health care institutions and personnel across Gaza and the West Bank since 7 October 2023, over 154 have involved the use of drones, according to the 4 June 2026 Insecurity Insight report on ‘Attacks on Health Care in the occupied Palestinian territory (13-26 May 2026)’.

Including that the IDF just shot and killed a seven month old baby in the West Bank.
